For many, Peter and onboard 7* hospitality are one and the same. His knowledge, first hand experience and recognition in delivering and training others to achieve the absolute highest level in service is acclaimed amongst superyacht owners, colleagues and fellow crew members worldwide. And rightly so. His impressive onboard career from luxury cruise ships to superyachts speaks for itself. Learning and developing his skills as he rose through the ranks, Peter’s time on board evolved form working as a butler and steward to overseeing fleet and event hospitality operations on yachts including MY Octopus, MY Lady Moura and MY Tatoosh. He has gone on to judge on the panel for MYBA and worked with industry recognised Associations and Academies, namely the Professional Yachting Association (PYA) and Warsash Maritime Academy to establish benchmarks within the superyacht industry for interior and hospitality standards and training.

However this is only one side of the story. For others it is Peter’s business acumen, inspirational leadership and natural affiliation with personal and professional development that set him apart. Accredited to the Entrepreneurs Institute, he is trained and esteemed in many aspects of commercial Leadership Training including Global Management and Performance Consultation for management, departments and teams. He is focussed on working with people to identify the best of their strengths, establish balance to guarantee performance and to pinpoint where they naturally excel. Where others shy from team politics, hierarchy, performance and job satisfaction, Peter sees the uniquely positive challenges they create to implement improvements. His complete dedication to inspire others and think bigger to produce satisfied customers and teams form the foundations from which he operates.
