So why do we bring this up? Because the customer experience continues onboard. Especially in Yachting. Billionaires want nothing short of the best. This experience is an amalgam of the yacht and the crew.
If we as an industry want Millenial billionaires to move into Yachting, we need to wake up to the realization that the onboard experience is what we are selling. We need to get serious about setting crew up for success, allowing them to deliver just that. The perfect guest experience.
