LHG was established as a Holding Company with Limited Liability. The focus of LHG is on high end luxury hospitality services in the leisure industry, worldwide.


The owners of the Group are Henk Akse and Peter Vogel.

Luxury Hospitality Management (LHM) BV


LHM was established by the Holding Company LHG as a Limited Liability Company.

In line with the LHG’s focus the main objectives of LHM are:


  • to provide the highest quality training to staff and crew in the hospitality industry
  • to provide Lifecycle Management services to the hospitality industry
  • to set the luxury hospitality standard for business and people in this industry worldwide through certification in accordance with the LHG Standard for Quality Management in Hospitality.

LHM focuses solely on the following industry sectors:


  • superyachts
  • high end cruise ships (blue water and rivers)
  • boutique hotels and resorts
  • domestic estates.

Interior Yacht Services (IYS) BV


IYS was established by Peter Vogel almost a decade ago to provide top quality training to hospitality/interior crew onboard superyachts. With his unwavering commitment to the professional development of crew and onboard interior operations, Peter has set the standard in this industry. As a natural development of his vision and successes, Peter has co-founded LHG to further grow his vision and support the industry as it continues to professionalise. IYS will provide the Learning and Development services for TheLuxury Hospitality Lifecycle Management services and continue to deliver all training solutions for the Luxury Hospitality Academy.

Waterland Estate unique training facility


Our trainings are held at Waterland Estate on the North side of Amsterdam, The Netherlands (only 15 minutres from the airport). The estate has a beautiful 18th century listed manor house surrounded by 26 hectares of nature. When you pass the beautiful gate and follow the long driveway, you walk towards the monumental country house. The Estate features Royal décor and a very friendly team of welcoming staff.
